For ornithologists and bird lovers, Caballo de Hierro is the perfect place since you can see a great variation of birds of all kinds, including vultures (gyps fulvus and aegypius monachius), falcons (falco peregrinus), sparrowhawks (accipiter nisus), owls (bubo bubo, tyto alba), eagles (circaetus gallicus, Aquila chrysaetos, red kite (milvus milvus),partridges (aleactoris rufa), bee catchers (merops apiaster) and a long etc.

Experience a day in the habitat of the fighting bull, visiting the facilities of a fully functioning bullring. Enter the beautiful bullring, visit the corrals and then embark on a tour among centuries-old oaks in the heart of the natural park. We will end the day tasting an aperitif with a bullfighting demonstration in the bullring of the estate.

Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park, in addition to being a biosphere reserve, it has great historical and cultural wealth. Within a 45-minute range we can visit the Aracena Caves where we will discover its hidden lakes under the mountain for 1,200 meters of the route. We are also very close to the Tentudía Monastery, which dates back to the 13th century and is the highest point in the province (1,104m). In it we can see what life was like for the monks and masters who lived there by visiting the cloister, the church or even the rooms that are preserved just as they were when it was active. Finally, we offer a visit to a farm and sausage factory. You can visit our pastures where the Iberian pig is raised in freedom. We talk about the genetic characteristics and behavior of purebred Iberian pigs in their environment. Next we will go to the factory where you can see how our pork products are made in an artisanal way and what the curing process of our hams and shoulders is and we will do a tasting of them.

Walk through its incredible historic center with narrow streets full of cobblestones or go on a tavern route trying the exquisite tapas and local wines.
