For ornithologists and bird lovers, Caballo de Hierro is the perfect place since you can see a great variation of birds of all kinds, including vultures (gyps fulvus and aegypius monachius), falcons (falco peregrinus), sparrowhawks (accipiter nisus), owls (bubo bubo, tyto alba), eagles (circaetus gallicus, Aquila chrysaetos, red kite (milvus milvus),partridges (aleactoris rufa), bee catchers (merops apiaster) and a long etc.

‘Club de Golf Hato verde’ is only 45 minutes away from Caballo de Hierro. Designed by Manuel Piñero, the 18-hole, par 71 Hato Verde golf course offers distance-accessible holes and greens that make it a fun course, allowing you to use all clubs and walk the entire length of the course without efforts.
